Well, anyway I just came home from attending my grandma's Ngaben ceremony (traditional funeral ceremony) in Bali, it's different from my last post because this ceremony was much more grand than the last one. Just like other ethnics like Toraja or Batak in Indonesia, to Balinese funeral ceremony is more important than other ceremony, even wedding ceremony.

Unless you are ok with the LQ-MQ of crunchyroll of course! (I know a lot of people prefer manga over anime but there is no scanlations to share! The animation and especially the music is great though.)

Well, as for chores ne, i find it a difficult task as well.

However i'm a blood type A and when it comes to washing ne, if i didn't wash it until it is spot clean, it's no good. Un. If i can't give it a little bit of scrubbing, it's no good ne. After that ne, it's not complete until i wipe off the water completely. Those are absolutely A type traits ne. Un.

Next is regarding cleaning ne and i'm like that as well. Un. Even during the time that i cleaned the bathroom, i became totally absorbed in it (as in being fastidious about it). Even when there're toothpicks in the rubbish and it's already making a crack in the bag, i'd still sort them out from the rubbish. Like "Those toothpicks are not visible, so it's ok to just leave it there right?!"; I think that's not doing the chores at all ne. Ee. Recently, i seem to be like the O type therefore i've been thinking can't i be less particular about things....

Saw the new ED for Nabari, Aru ga Mama. The song reminds me of the OP and ED of Natsume Yuujinchou, the ED especially. There's something very refreshingly simple and pure about it (must be the guitar accompaniment); it's like a pleasant summer breeze amidst the scorching heat.

And the scenes are really nice too, with Miharu and Yoite going on a trip. And may I add that the scenery is as pretty as always, especially the last shot with the milky way and the shooting star?

Well, I've glanced through a summary of Nabari ep 16, and it looks like that's where the deviation from the manga begins. I guess we'll just have to see where the animation team will lead us to in the end. And somehow, I'm actually not as nervous about the anime ending now that the animation team has 10 episodes left to create their own ending. And they have managed the adaptation quite well so far, so I'm not too worried.

(The last time I've seen an anime adaptation with a thoroughly satisfying ending is X TV series. Yes, I know it's been a long time. Let's hope that Nabari can do the same.)

I really feel bad (despite the new layout), because I feel that I'm no longer learning as much as I'm supposed to.

My two classes always give us breaks (dismissing us early and cancelling classes), so I always end up slacking off and taking it too lightly, in which I am no longer sure whether it's the right thing to do or not.
My two other classes on the other hand, semi-major(?) at that, let me learn a lot. However, with all the information I'm always confusing stuff, so when they give surprise quizzes/exams, I... get my brain killed.

I really really should improve my studying habits.
(For all subjects, and not just my Italian.)

Uh, for the non-Brits, 70 and above is the "first class" in terms of grading, I guess it's like getting an A? 60-69 is upper second, 50-59 is lower second, 40-49 is third, making a passing mark anywhere from 40 upwards. I'm still not sure I can really be proud of 70-80s... I don't think I will ever get my head around aiming for a 70 in a language course where it's definitely possible to get 100s... but... getting firsts and an upper-second is good in general? D:

Looking more closely at the exam grades, such as Paper C for J2 (the one I missed out entire sections of), I got a 70 for that. Which vaguely reassures me, because that means I would have gotten probably 80s if I'd finished in time... rather than meaning I suck at Japanese entirely. And a 79 on the Classical exam gives me hope I might be able to cope with taking more courses like that.

Otherwise, almost time for family to arrive and I think everyone's run out of steam in terms of tidying, clearing and cleaning. The house is passable, or it will be once we have one clean bathroom... but no one wants to do ANYTHING right now. Getting past 3 years of clutter and house failure in 2 weeks just isn't possible I guess. I'm looking forward to meeting my family and hanging out with them, regardless. I might even go into Manhattan with them this weekend :D

This is only showing up at 2.30am because until now I was continuing to catch up on the One Piece anime. Right now, I'm up to episode 314, so only a few more to go before I'm up to date! I watched the scene with Merry and I was crying my eyes out all over again, haha. OP is kind of amazing and awesome. Apparently there's a fair bit of filler now that Enies Lobby arc is over, then I'll get to THRILLER BARK, which I've been waiting for ^^ Brooooks!~

I watched the Dark Knight last night in Batam XXI. Well, before leaving this city I just gotta watch in the spanking brand-new theatre! It's definitely better than the 21 at Nagoya Hill: better audio, a bit larger screen (maybe) and the aircon's not as cold (this is a plus for me!) although it's possibly a move to decrease energy consumption.

On the movie: I expected it to be good, seeing from some DK posts in my friends list. But it turned out to be...
